Designed For You
Hand Built and Made to Measure
All garden rooms we design and build are custom made, based purely on your requirements. This means we can cater for a range of multi-purpose garden rooms, and a range of shapes and sizes, adjusting the construction accordingly. Unlike other companies we won’t ask you to choose from a range of ready-made options/designs, instead just think about what you want, and how you want it to look, anything is possible!
"Dan was able to cater for the unusual shaped space we had available in our garden. Dan came up with a triangular design that exceeded our expectations and made full use of the area." [Kumar, Warwick]
"Dan is so knowledgeable in his trade and a true perfectionist." [Camilla, Warwick]
Insulation
50mm insulation for the walls and 100mm for the floor and ceiling are included, ensuring the outside elements are kept at bay and the internal space remains comfortable, cosy and dry. All buildings are also wrapped in a breathable waterproof membrane encouraging a directional flow of air and allowing moisture to escape out of the building whilst restricting moisture from entering the core structure.
EPDM Rubber Roofs
EPDM roofs are heat and weather resistant and have a life-span of up to 50 years. EPDM is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane. The core material is eco-friendly and 100% recyclable. EPDM rubber roofing is used widely and highly recommended for flat roofs. Expertly installed by us, a solid roof will keep your garden room safe and sound and dry for years to come, ensuring your garden room is built to last.
Electric Installation
Electrics are included as standard including lights and sockets. We use internal ceiling mounted LED lights and external LED lights (if required). We work with a local fully qualified electrician who will connect your garden room to your main electrical supply and provide the necessary documentation to show your building complies with the relevant building regulations.
If you require different lighting and/or a wifi access point, this can be arranged and will be added to the overall cost.
In terms of where you want your lights and sockets to be placed, that’s up to you and we can agree this at the design stage.Cladding
There are a vast array of cladding options for you to choose from. Whatever you decide, we can supply and fit these to suit your taste.
Some customers go for low maintenance composite cladding which comes in a variety of colours and can be sourced from a number of suppliers, whereas others prefer timber for a more authentic look.Glazing
We can supply and fit UPVC or aluminium glazing options in a range of sizes and colours. All door and window options are certified and come with double glazing, door options also come with toughened glass. For rooms which require additional sound proofing, triple glazing can be provided.
Again, all glazing options will be discussed and agreed with you during the design process – some customers request bi-fold doors, whereas others prefer French doors and/or single doors and windows.Ground Works
Our ground works usually consist of a concrete slab base. A timber framework is then built onto this and a damp proof membrane laid down.
Of course, if you already have groundworks in place, we can assess these on the site visit and determine whether we can work with these to help you save on cost. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We are 100% confident that you will be happy with your garden building.
All of our garden buildings come with a 10-year structural guarantee. Any fixtures, fittings or equipment installed will come with the manufacturers own guarantee which will be passed on to you.
